The method for collecting the logs comprises the following steps of: sending a log collection order which comprises constraint conditions required to be satisfied by the logs; and receiving the logs satisfying the constraint conditions. The method for uploading the logs comprises the following steps: receiving the log collection order; analyzing the constraint conditions contained in the log collection order; searching the logs satisfying the constraint conditions; and uploading the logs. Corresponding to the methods, the embodiment of the invention also provides systems for collecting and uploading logs, comprising a log collection unit, a storage unit and a log uploading unit.
