Embodiment Construction

[0030] figure 2 An earpiece 10 is shown, which is inserted into the ear canal 12 of the user. The ear piece 10 is made of elastic soft silicone. The outer shape of the ear piece 10 is adapted to the shape of the ear canal 12 when it is inserted. The earpiece 10 belongs to a behind-the-ear hearing aid (not shown), which receives sound signals from the user's surroundings and generates amplified sound signals by means of earphones. The amplified acoustic signal is transmitted to the earpiece 10 via the acoustic tube 14 .

[0031] The acoustic hose 14 consists of a plastic hose 16 that is sleeved on a pipe 18 . The acoustic hose 14 is joined to the ear piece 10 via a tube 18 . Here the spherical end 20 of the tube 18 is inserted into a sleeve 22 which is glued into the groove of the ear piece 10 . The casing 22 is a separate component. It can be made of metal or plastic. The tube 18 is the first connection element of the detachable connection device and the sleeve 22 is t...

Abstract

In a hearing device or hearing aid, provision can be made for a sound tube or an in-the-ear loudspeaker to be held in an auditory canal of a user by an earpiece. To couple a sound tube to an earpiece, a connection element can be provided on the sound tube, which connection element can be connected to a connection element for the earpiece. This connection must be detachable so that a user can remove the earpiece from the sound tube. Nevertheless, it must be possible to transmit such a large force over the connection that the earpiece can once again be pulled out of the auditory canal. The object is to simplify a detachable connection for coupling an earpiece to a sound tube or an in-the-ear loudspeaker. Accordingly, the connection element for the earpiece is provided as an independent component, which is attached in or on the earpiece.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a hearing aid device in which an acoustic hose or an in-ear speaker is engaged with an earpiece. The engagement can be achieved by means of a first connecting element and a second connecting element, which are releasably connected to each other. The first connecting element is designed here as part of a sound tube or an in-ear speaker. The second connecting element is prepared on one side of the earpiece. A hearing aid device especially refers to a hearing aid. But the term also includes other portable acoustic appliances such as earphones, headsets, etc. Background technique [0002] Hearing aids are portable hearing aids that are used to care for people who are hard of hearing. In order to meet various individual needs, different structural forms of hearing aids are provided, such as behind-the-ear hearing aids (HdO), hearing aids with external earpieces (RIC: receiver in the canal) and in-the-ear hearing aids (Id...
