Abstract
The invention relates to a network element load control method and an IP-CAN (Internet Protocol-Connectivity Access Network) network element. The network element load control method comprises the following steps of: (A) obtaining decrease bitrate priority (DBP) of a business data stream by the IP-CAN network element; and (B) adjusting the speed of the business data stream by the IP-CAN network element according to the DBP while the load is changed. According to the network element load control method and the IP-CAN network element provided by the invention, the load of the IP-CAN network element can be adjusted.
Description
Network element load control method and IP-CAN network element technical field The present invention relates to the communication field, in particular to a network element load control method and an IP-CAN network element. Background technique Fig. 1 shows the EPS (EvolvedPacketSystem, Evolved Packet System) structural diagram of the 3GPP (3rdGenerationPartnershipProject, Third Generation Partnership Project) network according to the non-roaming state of the related art, EPS is composed of E-UTRAN (EvolvedUniversalTerrestrialRadioAccessNetwork, Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network) Network access), MME (MobilityManagementEntity, mobile management unit), S-GW (ServingGateway, service gateway), P-GW (PacketDataNetworkGateway, packet data network gateway), HSS (HomeSubscriberServer, home subscriber server), PCRF (PolicyandChargingRulesFunction, policy and Billing rule function) entities and other supporting nodes. Among them, E-UTRAN is connected to MME through...
