The preparation method of the modified polyvinyl chloride composite material comprises the following steps: grinding the calcium sulfate, sieving the ground calcium sulfate by a 100-mesh screen and placing the sieved calcium sulfate into a drying oven; adding the dried calcium sulfate into a high-speed mixer, adding bisphenol A used as the anti oxidizer and the stearic acid for mixing for 10-20 minutes; adding the corn starch, the polyvinyl chloride and the heat stabilizers into the high-speed mixer for mixing for 18022 minutes, extruding the obtained mixture in an extrusion machine for extrusion and granulation; the modified polyvinyl chloride composite material has good mechanical property and low manufacturing cost, is particularly applicable to production of high-grade composite material, and is used for replacing natural timber and widely applied to the field such as indoor and outdoor decoration and building and the like.
