Abstract

The invention discloses a shaft temperature alarm of a combine harvester, and the shaft temperature alarm comprises a shaft temperature monitoring module, a singlechip processing unit, an alarm display module and a power source module, wherein the shaft temperature monitoring module is connected with the alarm display module through the singlechip processing unit; and the power source module is respectively connected with the shaft temperature monitoring module and the singlechip processing unit. The shaft temperature alarm can be arranged in the cab of the harvester; and a shaft temperature sensor is arranged on the important rotational shaft components of the harvester. By utilizing the device, the shaft temperature of the harvester can be monitored in real time; and when the temperature is excessively high, the acoustooptic alarm can be sent out to prompt a locomotive operator to perform corresponding adjustment, thus preventing the fault damage from occurring further. The shaft temperature alarm provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, practical function and capabilities of providing explicit locomotive working condition information and improving the service life of a locomotive.
