Abstract

The invention provides a separable slewing bearing and a device for plugging a pin roll and relates to a slewing bearing for large machinery, wherein the slewing bearing provided by the invention are used for solving the problem that the standard slewing bearing is difficult to separate. The separable slewing bearing is provided with an inner ring and a rolling element which are the same as thoseof the standard slewing bearing, and is characterized in that the outer gear ring of the slewing bearing is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is provided with a gear ring, and the lower part is provided with a support ring; a connecting hole is arranged on the support ring at the lower part; the gear ring and the support ring at the lower part are connected into a whole by virtue of a pin roll; the connection and separation of the slewing bearing are realized through plugging the pin roll in and out; an annular groove for assembling a plug pin tool is arranged on thesupport ring; and the assembly and disassembly of the pin roll are realized by virtue of a hydro-cylinder. The separation slewing bearing and the device for plugging the pin roll are used in large machinery bearing overturning moment, such as a mobile crane, and have the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, safety and reliability.
