Abstract

The building template is characterized by being manufactured from the following raw materials: 58 parts of bagasse, 12 parts of graphite powder with a particle size of 40-60 mesh, 4 parts of a flame retardant, 1 part of a urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 3 parts of talc powder and 22 parts of water. The building template is manufactured through the following steps: (1) purifying the bagasse; (2) crushing the purified bagasse and screening out bagasse particles; (3) carbonizing the bagasse particles; (4) accurately metering the graphite powder, the bagasse particles, the flame retardant, the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, the talc powder and the water in proportion, thermally mixing to 115-125 DEG C by virtue of a high-speed mixer, and cold-mixing to 40-60 DEG C; (5) extruding; and (6) shaping to obtain the building template. The obtained building template has the characteristics of good static resistance, flame retardancy and mechanical performance.
