The weather resistant layer includes a bituminous material. The method of manufacturing the back sheet includes following steps: providing a polyester resin dielectric layer, laying the adhesive layer on the polyester resin dielectric layer, laying a metal barrier layer on the adhesive layer to make the metal barrier layer combine on the polyester resin dielectric layer and laying the bituminous material on the metal barrier layer.
