Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a microbial fermentation medium. The method comprises steps that: (a) raw materials are pretreated, wherein green straws of crops are dried in the shade or dried by baking; and the dried straws are segmented, crushed, and sieved; (b) the straw powder is added to hot water with a temperature of 60 to 80 DEG C for lixiviating, wherein a mass ratio of straw powder to water is 1:50 or 1:10; the extract is settled and filtered; a carbon source is added to the clarified extract; the pH value of the extract is regulated to 7.0; and the extract is sterilized, such that a microbial fermentation medium or a concentrate thereof is obtained. According to the preparation method of the microbial fermentation medium, green straws of crops are adopted as a raw material, the cost is low, the preparation method is simple, the fermentation effect is good, the living microbe content is high, the raw materials are economic and environment-friendly, and the raw materials are sufficient and easy to obtain. No chemical pollution is brought in during the application of a prepared microbial manure product. The medium is especially suitable for the fermentation production of rhizobia, azotobacteria and phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria.
