In the control process, a decoupling transfer function is calculated according to the transfer function and the steady state working condition parameters of the diesel engine. When the decoupling transfer function acts on the processed state parameters of the air system, driving signals used for an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system and a turbo charging system can be independently generated, so that decoupling of the two systems is realized.
