Abstract

The invention discloses a culture system for simulating a microgravity effect of suspension cells. The culture system comprises a base, a rotating support, a driving rotating part, an incubator and an observation part, wherein the rotating support is arranged on the base in a rotatable way; the driving rotating part is arranged on the base and is used for driving the rotating support to rotate atthe preset rotating speed; the incubator is arranged on the rotating support and is provided with a cavity for accommodating a cell culture fluid; and the observation part is arranged on the rotatingsupport and is used for observing the state of cells which suspend in the culture fluid in the incubator on line. By arranging the observation part on the rotating support, when the rotating support rotates at the preset rotating speed, the state of the cells which suspend in the culture fluid accommodated in the incubator can be observed on line under the effect of microgravity simulation, so that the on-line observation is realized.
