According to the method, more visual assessment for total condition of the quality of electric energy in the region can be directly given, so that power supply is more economic and safer. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out normalization processing of single index according to 95 percent of probability value of each index of electric energy obtained by actually measuring and calculating and a standard limit of national standard level; obtaining an assessment coefficient of each index according to the normalized result; carrying out multiply operation on the assessment coefficient and a weight endowed by each index to obtain the score of the single index; carrying out additive operation on the score of the single index to obtain a comprehensive assessment score of electric energy quality; and finally, judging the total condition of the electric energy quality by combining a comparison table of the grading condition of the electric energy quality according to the comprehensive assessment score of the electric energy quality.
