Problems solved by technology

If the abnormality detection reference value set in the brake abnormality detection device is set to the operating time at low temperature, the abnormality detection of the brake at high temperature will be delayed, and there is a problem that it cannot meet the need for early detection from the viewpoint of safety.

[0021] figure 1 The schematic configuration example of the brake abnormality detection system of the elevator in 1st Embodiment is shown. The car 102 is housed in a car frame (not shown), and the car frame attached to one end of the main rope 104 is raised and lowered by a motor that is a power source for driving the elevator and a traction machine 106 having a sheave on which the main rope is hung. Drive on roads (not shown). Hang balance weight 108 at the other end of main rope. The rotation of the hoisting machine 106 and the opening and closing of a brake 110 that brakes the rotation of the hoisting machine 106 are controlled by an elevator control device 112 . Here, in order to simplify the description, only one brake 110 is shown in the figure, but usually a plurality of brakes are provided from the viewpoint of the safety of elevator operation. The elevator control device 112 drives the car 102 by controlling the hoisting machine 106, and stops at the arrival floor. ...

[0037] Schematic configuration and figure 1 The schematic structural example of the first embodiment shown is the same, but differs from the first embodiment in some structural elements and operations. Therefore, the description will focus on points different from those of the first embodiment.

[0038] In the first embodiment, the reference value data storage device 120 stores the reference value data in association with the temperature, and in the second embodiment, not only the reference value data but also the second reference value data are stored in association with the temperature. In order to avoid misunderstanding, reference value data will be referred to as first reference data in the description of this embodiment. The value of the second reference value data is larger than the value of the first reference value data.

[0050] Figure 7 A schematic configuration example of a brake abnormality detection system for an elevator according to a third embodiment is shown in . Such as figure 1 A reference value correcting means 724 is added to the system of the first embodiment shown. In the reference value data storage device 120, for example, in addition to indicating Figure 8 In addition to the reference value data of the temperature dependence of the reference value shown by the curve 204 shown by the solid line, the data of the temperature characteristic of the brake operation time shown by the dotted curve 202 is held. The reference value correcting device 724 rec...

Abstract

The invention provides an elevator brake anomaly detection system and a method thereof, wherein the operation of a brake is monitored at an appropriate reference value corresponding to the temperature characteristic of the brake. The elevator brake anomaly detection system comprises a brake for braking the rotation of a traction engine; an elevator control device which at least controls the brake; a brake working state detecting device for detecting the opening and closing state of the brake; a temperature detecting device for detecting the temperature of the brake; and a storage device for storing associated temperatures of the reference value determined by the temperature characteristics of the working time of the brake. The working time of the brake is from an elevator control device outputting a brake work instruction to the brake in a closed state. In addition, a reference value determining device with reference values is provided, wherein reference values for judging the abnormal condition of a brake is determined according to the temperature information of the brake and the reference data thereof. In addition, a brake anomaly detection device is provided for measuring the working time of the brake. The reference value is determined by comparing the measured brake working time and a reference valve determined by the reference value determining device.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to a brake abnormality detection system and method of an elevator. Background technique [0002] In recent years, by installing a brake operating state detection device to detect the operating state of the brake, monitoring the matching of the brake operating state detection device to the brake operating command, and stopping the elevator in the case of detecting abnormal brake operation is obligatory in terms of safety standards. [0003] On the other hand, there are cases where a sound absorbing material is applied as a countermeasure for reducing the operating sound of the brake. However, since the sound absorbing material hardens as the temperature drops, the operating time of the brake becomes longer when the ambient temperature of the brake is low. [0004] Conventionally, even when the brake operation time depends on the temperature, a reference value for detecting abnormal operation of the brake is s...
