The method comprises the following steps of: reading service data from forms in a database server according to the time interval set by a user; converting the read service data to the service data in conformity with the access format of a remote function call adapter; writing the service data in conformity with the access format of the remote function call adapter into an SAP (systems applications and products in data processing) system; receiving the logs returned after the SAP system executes the service data, and converting the logs to the logs in conformity with the access format of a Java database connectivity adapter; and sending the logs in conformity with the access format of the Java database connectivity adapter to the database server, and updating the data in the forms in the database server.
