Disclosed are a method and a device for providing contents of network resources for mobile equipment. The device comprises an obtaining module and an adaptive filtering module, wherein the obtaining module is used for responding to received access request from the mobile equipment of users and obtaining current contents of the network resources. The adaptive filtering module is used for drawing difference information by comparing contents of cache network resources and the current contents of the network resources, and sending the difference information to the mobile equipment. In addition, a method and a device for obtaining contents of the network resources are disclosed. The device comprises a judge module, a merge module and a display module. The judge module is used for receiving response of access request on the network resources and judging whether the response contains the difference information. The merge module is used for responding to the judge and merging the difference information and previous contents of the network resources cached locally to generate current contents of the network resources if the response contains the difference information. The display module is used for displaying the current contents of the network resources.
