Problems solved by technology

[0003] The existing object model identification technology is mainly based on the identification of the characteristics of the process object model in the time domain, and there are three main problems: First, the implementation algorithm of the time domain identification is complicated, so it is difficult to implement it in the existing DCS ( Distributed Control System, Distributed Control System) application
In order to obtain a higher identification accuracy, a sufficient excitation signal with a higher amplitude is required, which has a greater impact on the normal production of the process technology
The combination of these problems makes it difficult for existing model identification techniques to be widely used in practice

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for identifying the frequency domain amplitude characteristic of a control object. The method comprises the following steps of: adding a frequency spectrum identification signal into an input signal of a regulating loop which consists of a regulator and the control object; filtering an output signal of the regulator, and acquiring a reference frequency signal; filtering the output signal of the control object which is connected with an output end of the regulator, and acquiring a process frequency signal; and comparing the amplitude of the reference frequency signal with the amplitude of the process frequency signal, and acquiring the frequency domain transfer amplitude coefficients of the control object. By the invention, the frequency domain amplitude characteristic of the control object can be identified in a frequency spectrum resource saving mode, not all continuous frequency spectrum resources of a thermo-technical object are required to be used, a limited number of non-continuous single-frequency point frequency spectra are required to be used, single-frequency point frequency spectrum signals are filtered by using a filter, and a majority of interference signals are eliminated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of thermal control, in particular to a method and device for identifying frequency-domain amplitude characteristics of a control object. Background technique [0002] Thermal control objects in thermal power plants have the characteristics of large inertia, pure delay, and time-varying characteristics, especially the characteristics of the control objects are difficult to understand in depth and accurately, making the system difficult to control. How to effectively overcome various adverse effects, thereby improving the regulation quality of thermal control loops, has always been one of the goals constantly pursued in the field of thermal control. In order to improve the control quality of thermal objects, it is very important to identify the control object model. [0003] The existing object model identification technology is mainly based on the identification of the characteristics of the process object m...
