Embodiment Construction

[0049] Next, a stator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0050] figure 1 The stator 1 of this embodiment is shown. The stator 1 is a stator of an inner rotor type motor such as a DC brushless motor, and includes a substantially annular stator core 10 . A U-phase coil 11u, a V-phase coil 11v, and a W-phase coil 11w are wound around the stator core 10, respectively. A rotor (not shown) of the motor is arranged inside the stator core 10 . It should be noted that, in the following description, the direction along the rotation axis o of the rotor is simply referred to as the rotation axis direction.

[0051] Such as figure 2 As shown, the stator core 10 includes: a substantially annular yoke portion 15; and a plurality of teeth 16 extending radially inward on the inner peripheral side of the yoke portion 15 and arranged in a comb shape. At radially inner end portions of these teeth 16 , locking portions 17 t...

Abstract

A stator includes a stator core, slots, coils, an interphase insulation sheet, and wedges. The interphase insulation sheet is provided between coil ends of adjacent coils having different phases among the coils. The interphase insulation sheet includes a first sheet body portion, a second sheet body portion, and a first bridge portion. The first and second sheet body portions respectively have first and second retaining pieces. The first retaining piece projects from the first sheet body portion toward the second sheet body portion in the developed state of the interphase insulation sheet. The second retaining piece projects from the second sheet body portion toward the first sheet body portion in the developed state of the interphase insulation sheet. The first and second retaining pieces are retained by projecting portions of the wedges.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to stators. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, there is known a stator in which insulating paper is arranged on the end surface side of the stator core in the rotation axis direction and between the coils of each phase (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). This stator uses insulating paper assembled by bonding a front edge portion to a planar planar portion. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent No. 4461820 [0004] However, the insulating paper used in the above-mentioned conventional stator has many bending parts, and the leading edge portion is attached to the flat portion with an adhesive, so man-hours increase, and it takes time until the adhesive dries, resulting in decreased productivity. The problem. Contents of the invention [0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a stator capable of easily insulating the coils of each phase, reducin...
