Abstract

The invention discloses solar shinning and sounding children garment and a sewing technology thereof. A solar flexible panel is sewn at the upward part of the children garment; a micro flashlight and a micro sounder are sewn on the children garment; a lead and a micro switch are also sewn in the children garment; and the lead connects the solar flexible panels, the micro flashlight, the micro sounder and the micro switch to form an electric loop. The sewing technology comprises the following sequential steps of: cutting garment pieces, sewing a net-shaped bag of the solar flexible panel, mounting the solar flexible panel, sewing the shoulders with lead and stitching the shoulders, sewing the sleeve pieces of the garment pieces with lead and sewing the micro switch, sewing the micro sounder, sewing a micro light tube, stitching the lining, stitching the side seams, assembling the sleeves, collar and solar net-shaped bag, stitching the lower hem and ironing in a hanging manner. According to the invention, the solar flexible panels are sewn to the collar and shoulders of the children garment for sufficiently lighting, and the light is transmitted to a luminous component and a sounding component; and therefore, electricity can be continuously supplied for the children to play, and the children garment is safe and reliable and ensures comfort of the human body.
