The method comprises the steps of: detecting RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) from the user equipment to an access node and each adjacent node; screening the RSRP from the user equipment to each adjacent node according to a set power difference value threshold and the RSRP from the user equipment to the access node, so as to select cooperation nodes; and obtaining the ratio of the sum of RSRP of k cooperation nodes of the selected cooperation nodes to total interference received by the user equipment, wherein the RSRP of any one of the k cooperation nodes is larger than the RSRP of any one of the rest selected cooperation nodes, and if the ratio is larger or equal to a set interference ratio threshold, the k cooperation nodes and the access node of the user equipment are partitioned to form the cooperation set.
