The medicine is prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 15 g of radix rehmanniae, 15 g of radix scrophulariae, 15 g of scutellaria baicalensis, 15 g of cortex mori radicis, 15 g of anti-chrysanthemum, 25 g of adenophora tetraphylla, 18 g of radix ophiopogonis, 20 g of dendrobe, 10 g of violet magnolia, 10 g of cocklebur fruit (with cracks), 10 g of cacumen biotae, 10 g of eclipta alba and 13 g of rhizoma anemarrhenae. A method for preparing the medicine comprises the steps as follows: the medicinal materials are soaked for three hours after being cleaned; and then the medicinal materials are boiled for three times; each time lasts for 30 min; the medicinal materials are filtered and concentrated; and finally, the medicinal materials are made into dry powder, which is encapsulated or made into tablets through using the routine preparation method for traditional Chinese medicines.
