Abstract

The invention discloses a method for confirming a tire vulcanizing condition. The method comprises the following steps: 1) simulating the vulcanizing condition, namely, according to structures of a crown part and a bead part of a tire, combining components of the each part, placing in moulds, and vulcanizing the moulds on a flat vulcanizing machine, wherein an electric heating temperature control mode is used in the flat vulcanizing machine, and upper and lower flat plates on the flat vulcanizing machine are respectively used for simulating temperatures of the moulds and capsules in a tire vulcanizing process; and obtaining the simulated vulcanizing condition by a bubble cutting method and a temperature measuring method; and 2) confirming the vulcanizing condition, namely, after obtaining the simulated vulcanizing condition, practically measuring the temperature for verifying, and if the temperature measuring result is the same as the simulated vulcanizing condition, then confirming the tire vulcanizing condition.
