The control device comprises a raw plate output section and a finish machining input section vertical to the transmission direction of the raw plate output section. The raw sheet output section further comprises a first belt transmission unit, a second belt transmission unit and a PLC (programmable logic control) unit which are arranged in sequence; a first photoelectric switch unit and a second photoelectric switch unit which are separated from each other with a proper distance are arranged on the first belt transmission unit along the transmission direction; the finish machining input section further comprises a first transmission roller unit and a third belt transmission unit which are arranged in sequence; and the first transmission roller unit is provided with a third photoelectric switch unit which detects whether a plate comes or not, and a push plate chain unit which pushes the plate in position to the third belt transmission unit.
