The method comprises the following steps that: each routing equipment negotiates the capability of BGP router ID (Identity) during establishing neighbors; first routing equipment receives a routing update message containing second routing equipment BGP router ID sent by the second routing equipment, and the first routing equipment sends the own BGP router ID carried in the routing update message to third routing equipment; when the first routing equipment perceives neighbor flapping between the first routing equipment and the second routing equipment, after the first routing equipment invalidates received routing from the second routing equipment, the first routing equipment sends a routing withdrawing message which is used for withdrawing routing for generating neighbor flapping and contains the BGP router ID of the first routing equipment and the second routing equipment to the third routing equipment; and when the BGP router ID in the routing withdrawing message received by the third routing equipment is matched with the BGP router ID in the routing update message, the third routing equipment invalidates the routing for generating neighbor flapping.
