Abstract

The invention relates to a ethylene-propylene copolymer foamed material and a production technique thereof. The foamed material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of copolymer, 1-5 parts of 1,3,5-triallyl-isocyanurate, 1-5 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-5 parts of petroleum resin, 1-5 parts of zinc white, 0.2-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.3-4 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.2-6 parts of polyurethane foaming agent, 1-100 parts of powdered filler, 1-20 parts of other functional modifiers and 0.1-16 parts of pigment. The production technique comprises the following steps: after proportionally preparing the materials, mixing and granulating or tabletting with a mixing roller, banburying kneader or screw extrusion mixing granulator; and foaming and forming the material with an hydraulic sulfurizing forming machine, injection sulfurizing forming machine or the like at 140-190 DEG C for curing time of 120-2000 seconds. The material has the advantages of high antiskid property, low surface hardness influence from air temperature, high softness and elasticity, and wide application range, and can be recycled.
