The invention provides a method for preparing a fusiform complicated organ precursor by using a rotary assembling die, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, preparing a cellular matrix solution and a synthetic macromolecular solution, assembling the assembling die with a multilevel branching internal die, pouring the cellular matrix solution between an internal ring die and a base die, rotating the base die and carrying out physical or chemical cross-linking or polymerization to obtain a cellular matrix layer; secondly, pouring the synthetic macromolecular solution between the cellular matrix layer and an external ring die, rotating and extracting the base die with a cellular culture solution or PBS (Phosphate Buffer Solution) to form an outer support, removing the assembling die to obtain a semi-fusiform three-dimensional structure with multiple branching channels containing different cells and synthetic macromolecule supports, and permeably adhering and mixing the two semi-spindles through either natural or synthetic macromolecular solution to form the complete fusiform complicated organ precursor with the internal branching pipe. The mammary epithelial cells can emigrate from chylous tissue in a short time; a little mixed fibroblast is removed mainly with a mechanical scraping method, and accordingly, the obtained mammary epithelial cells are seldom damaged and are high in purity.

The invention provides a surge protection relief valve, which comprises a main valve and a pilot valve, wherein the pilot valve is positioned above the main valve; an outlet valve seat and an inlet valve seat are fixed in a cavity of a pilot valve body at an interval; and a valve shaft is connected with a pilot valve spring arranged on one side of the pilot valve. A central cavity of the pilot valve is communicated with an air chamber in the main valve by an air chamber pipe, while a rear cavity is communicated with the outlet side of the main valve by an outlet pipe. An inner core of a main valve body has an olive shape; a fixed sleeve is fixed at an inlet flange of the main valve body; and a valve seat of the main valve is pressed together with the fixed sleeve. A guide sleeve is fixed on an inner hole on the outlet side of the main valve body; the tail part of a fusiform valve clack is inserted into the guide sleeve; and the conical sealing surface of the front part of the valve clack can be sealed with the valve seat. The inner cavity of the valve clack is combined with the inner core of the main valve body to form the air chamber in the main valve. The surge protection relief valve induces the pressure of a pipeline by the mechanical pilot valve to control the movement of the valve clack of the main valve so as to realize accurate opening, fast relief and the elimination of pressure peaks during the occurrence of surges in the pipeline and play a role in safely and reliably protecting pipeline equipment.
