The film comprises a surface layer and a core layer, wherein the surface layer Ais a functional layer, the core layer B is a colored layer and/or a transparent layer, the mass fraction of the surface layer is 15%-25%, the mass fraction of the core layer is 75%-85%, and an antibacterial agent is added in the surface layer A and/or the core layer B. When the film is prepared, in a transverse stretching process, the shrinkage rate of the winding film is further reduced through an improved cross-drawing process, so that the product has a more excellent shrinkage rate while having a good antibacterial anti-slip effect. The film is prepared by adopting three-layer co-extrusionbiaxial stretching equipment, and the polyester film is obtained through the steps of melt extrusion through a twin-screw extruder, piece casting through cold blast, longitudinal stretching, transverse stretching, traction and winding, cutting, packaging, finishing and the like. The produced film has an excellent antibacterial effect, has an anti-slip friction coefficient of 0.75-0.85, and has very good anti-slip performance.
