By means of the spline surface based image reconstruction method and the device thereof, modifications can be performed on the basis of free form deformation, the accuracy can be adjusted by means of different quantities of control points, a defect that the scaling and shearing of images in free form deformation are non-uniform is overcome, and the efficiency of image reconstruction is improved due to the application of a high-efficiency search strategy.
