Abstract

A folding channel is used to be connected between conveyers of a production line so that workers can conveniently pass by the conveyers of the production line. The folding channel comprises a framework and a folding mechanism rotatably connected onto the framework. The framework comprises a base, bearings and a rotating shaft, wherein the bearings are fixed on two sides of the upper end surface of the base; and the rotating shaft is inserted into the bearings. The folding mechanism comprises a folding frame and a plurality of parallel conveying belts fixedly connected onto the folding frame. The rotating shaft is perpendicular to a conveying direction of the production line, and the folding frame is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft. The folding channel is arranged between the conveyers of the production line, when the conveyer positioned in the middle fails, the folding channel, which is close to a fault position, can be opened, so that the workers can quickly reach the fault position to repair the failed conveyer, and work efficiency is greatly improved.
