Abstract

The invention relates to the field of a fatigue strength property test of solid materials and discloses a multi-axle fatigue analyzing method and a system thereof. A main shaft direction and a load of a main shaft are more effectively and reasonably determined so as to rapidly carry out a multi-axle fatigue service life calculation process. According to the invention, the multi-axle fatigue analyzing method comprises the following steps of: reading N groups of load data groups which are pre-obtained; carrying out relevancy analysis on the N groups of load data groups; if an analyzing result is more than a pre-set threshold, carrying out equivalent single-axle load data treatment on the N groups of load data groups and carrying out fatigue analysis on the processing result according to single-axle fatigue service life calculation or a security coefficient algorithm so as to obtain damages or service life; and if the analyzing result is not more than the pre-set threshold, carrying out multi-axle rain flow counting treatment on the N groups of the load data groups; and obtaining the damages or the service life according to a multi-axle service life algorithm or the security coefficient algorithm.
