Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: taking the sum of ganoderic acid content A, B and C2 in the ganoderma lucidum alcohol extract as a mass control index; performing ultrasonic extraction on the ganoderma lucidum alcohol extract by taking methyl alcohol as a solvent; separating the ganoderic acid A from the ganoderic acid B through a high performance liquid chromatography column C8; separating the ganoderic acid C2 through a high performance liquid chromatography column C18; detecting by diode array detectors; and determining the nature according to the retention time of achromatographic peak, quantifying by a peak area external standard method, respectively measuring the ganoderic acid A content, the ganoderic acid B content and the ganoderic acid C2 content in a test sample, and calculating the total content, wherein ganoderma lucidum karst, ganoderma sinensis and ganoderma tsugae contain the characteristic components ganoderic acid A, ganoderic acid B and ganoderic acid C2 with relatively high content. Compared with the conventional method for measuring the total triterpene content by the colorimetric method, the method is high in specificity; and aims of authenticating ganoderma lucidum and controlling the quality can be achieved.
