The identification method is based on the mixed monitoring, and can be used for deciding whether to update a mechanical calculation reference model of a cable structure through monitoring the generalized displacement of the support, a cable temperature and an environment temperature, thus obtaining the mechanical calculation reference model of the cable structure including the generalized displacement of the support, the cable temperature and the environment temperature; and then a change matrix of a unit damage monitored quantity is obtained through calculation on the basis of the mechanical calculation reference model.
