The queue scheduling method comprises steps of selecting a position of a current scheduling pointer, and outputting a queue in a scheduling subunit on the position of the current scheduling pointer for one time; determining whether an initial pointer is resident or not; when the initial pointer is resident, moving the position of the initial pointer to the position on which the current scheduling pointer stays; when the initial pointer is not resident, moving the position of the initial pointer to the position of a next scheduling subunit of the position on which the current scheduling pointer stays along the direction from the position of the initial pointer to the position of a tail pointer; after the initial pointer is moved, selecting the position of a next scheduling pointer, and outputting the queue in a scheduling subunit on the position on which the next scheduling pointer stays. Due to the adoption of the method, flexibility in scheduling can be realized according to the queue situation of the scheduling subunits to be scheduled, so that the problems by adopting a radio ranging (RR) rolling scheduling method that the flow rate is fluctuated, the scheduling is nonuniform and the service quality is worsened because of nonuniform scheduling.
