Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a service restoring method, a relevant device and a system to solve the problem that a service cannot be rapidly restored by restarting a client. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a first initial state identifier provided by the client; receiving a charging request sent by the client; comparing the first initial state identifier and a second initial state identifier which is stored locally, and if the first initial state identifier and the second initial state identifier are different, finding the corresponding charging node according to the charging request; and sending a service restoring request to the charging node to ensure that the charging node restores a carrier service corresponding to the charging node.
