The main shaft sleeve and the belt pulley are provided with a main shaft sleeve pin shaft groove I and a belt pulley pin shaft groove I which are fixedly connected through a pin shaft I. The main shaft sleeve and the belt pulley are also provided with corresponding main shaft sleeve pin shaft groove II and belt pulley pin shaft groove II. A pin shaft II is plugged in the main shaft sleeve pin shaft groove II and the belt pulley pin shaft groove II so as to further fixedly connecting the main shaft sleeve and the belt pulley.
