Abstract

The method comprises the steps that: (1) a formula below is adopted; masses of a sample in air and in water are respectively measured in two times, and sample density is calculated, wherein m in air represents the mass of the sample measured in air, and .m in water represents the mass of the sample measured in water; (2) densities of a rubber and plastic material before and after molding are measured; and the porosity of the rubber and plastic material is calculated according to a formula below, wherein rho before molding represents the density of the sample before molding, and rho after molding represents the density of the sample after molding. Compared with prior arts, with the molding porosity detection method provided by the invention, rubber and plastic material porosity after molding can be rapidly and quantitatively detected.
