Problems solved by technology

However, traditional systems of this type can only handle simple or partially complex line drawings. When the processed line drawings are more complex or very complex, the system will fall into a local optimum due to the rapid expansion of the solution space, resulting in the failure of 3D reconstruction.

Embodiment Construction

[0033] The method and system for computer-aided design of three-dimensional objects will be further described below mainly in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and implementation methods.

[0034] figure 1 Shown is the flow chart of the computer-aided design method for three-dimensional objects. First, the outer surface of the input two-dimensional line drawing is extracted; then, according to the extracted outer surface, a cut surface is found to divide the two-dimensional line drawing into multiple sub-line drawings; and then respectively Three-dimensional reconstruction is performed on each sub-line drawing; finally, the three-dimensional reconstruction results of multiple sub-line drawings are combined to obtain a three-dimensional object.

[0035] A cut surface is a loop on a two-dimensional line drawing, which is formed by cutting the two-dimensional line drawing. Different from the inner surface, the cutting surface contains not only the original edges of the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a computer-assisted design method for three-dimensional objects. The computer-assisted design method comprises the following steps of; firstly extracting the outer surface of an input two-dimensional line picture; secondly, segmenting the two-dimensional line picture into a plurality of sub-line pictures according to the extracted outer surface, and carrying out three-dimensional reconstruction on the sub-line pictures; and finally, combining the three-dimensional reconstruction results of the plurality of sub-line pictures so as to obtain a three-dimensional object. The result of experiments on a plurality of complex objects prove that the method and the system can efficiently and accurately complete the segmentation of the two-dimensional line pictures and the reconstruction on the three-dimensional objects according to the two-dimensional line pictures input by a user. In addition, the invention also relates to a computer-assisted design system for the three-dimensional objects.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the field of computer vision, in particular to a computer-aided design system and method for three-dimensional objects. 【Background technique】 [0002] The user interface of a traditional computer-aided design system (CAD system) is usually designed according to the WIMP mode (Windows, icon Icon, menu Menu, mouse Pointer). Users select different drawing tools from menus, panels or icons, and interact with them. Select various parameters of the object to be drawn in the window, and finally select the drawing position, size ratio, etc. of the object through a series of operations such as clicking and dragging to complete the drawing of the three-dimensional object. Although this CAD system provides powerful design and editing capabilities for three-dimensional objects, the operation is relatively complicated. Only professional designers who are very familiar with the complicated menus in the design system can complete the desig...
