Abstract

The invention discloses a culture medium for edible fungi. The culture medium comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-40 percent of fungi residues, 20-30 percent of bamboo shoot shell, 10-30 percent of cotton seed hulls, 1.1-1.6 percent of saccharose, 0.8-1.2 percent of lime, 1-2 percent of plaster, 0.1-2 percent of ordinary superphosphate, 1-10 percent of rapeseed cake and 2-10 percent of bran. The invention further discloses a production method of the culture medium. The culture medium for the edible fungi, which is disclosed by the invention, takes the bamboo shoot shell and the fungi residues as main components and has huge advantages in resource development and utilization. According to the culture medium, the sound development of the edible fungi industry can be promoted and the pollution to the environment caused by agricultural wastes is reduced. The production method of the culture medium is simple and convenient and the culture medium is suitable for cultivating the edible fungi such as pleurotus geesteranus, pleurotus cornucopiae and tricholorna lobayense.
