Abstract

The invention provides a location coding detecting device which comprises a location recognition pattern layer, a quarter-wave plate and a pen-type input device, wherein the location recognition pattern layer comprises a plurality of geometric patterns with coded locations so as to receive the light rays of the first wavelength and stimulate light rays different from the first wavelength in a light-induced mode; the quarter-wave plate is used for converting linearly polarized lights from an upper polarizer into circularly polarized lights, and the circularly polarized lights are provided with first polarization directions; an emitter of the pen-type input device is used for emitting light rays with the first wavelength; an image reading device of the pen-type input device reads images formed by emergent light rays of the location recognition pattern layer; and circularly polarized sheets are arranged between the location recognition pattern layer and the image reading device.
