Embodiment Construction

[0011] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but not as a limitation of the present invention.

[0012] Refer to attached figure 1 An anti-fatigue sunglasses lens is shown. After the lens is combined into a PVA film 1, a TAC film 2 and a TACHC film 3, one side of the PVA film is sequentially compounded with a TAC polarizing film, a colored TAC film and a TACHC film. The semi-finished film is formed, and the protective layer film 4 is compounded on the composite TACHC film layer outside the semi-finished film. After the mirror surface has the protective film 4, it is not easy to scratch the eyeglass, and its wear resistance is improved. The TAC film 2 is a triacetate cellulose cable, which is a good polarizing material, which prevents the glare of lights when meeting cars without weakening the visibility of one's own car lights, and reduces the accident rate. The PVA film 1 is a yellow film layer, which m...

Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-fatigue lens for sunglasses. The lens is prepared by compounding a PVA film (1), a TAC film (2) and a TACHC film (3) to form an integral body, then successively compounding one surface of the PVA film with a TAC polarizing film, a colored TAC film and another TACHC film so as to obtain a semi-finished film and then successively compounding the outer side of the semi-finished film with another TACHC film and a protective layer film (4). The anti-fatigue lens for sunglasses has the beneficial effects that the lens can eliminate dazzles caused by vehicle meeting at night without attenuating the visibility of car lights of a user of the lens, reduces accident rates and mitigates fatigue caused by wearing of glasses; since the protective layer film is arranged on the surface of the lens, the lens is not prone to scratches and the abrasion resistance of the lens is improved; and the lens is more comfortable to wear and better protects the eyes of the user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sunglass lens, in particular to an anti-fatigue sunglass lens. Background technique [0002] Sunglasses block uncomfortable glare while protecting your eyes from UV rays. All thanks to metal powder filters that "select" the light as it hits it. Tinted glasses can selectively absorb some of the bands that make up the sun's rays because they use very fine metal powders (iron, copper, nickel, etc.). In fact, when light hits the lens, it is subtracted based on a process called "destructive interference". That is, when certain wavelengths of light (in this case UV-A, UV-B, and sometimes infrared) pass through the lens, they cancel each other out on the inside of the lens, toward the eye. The overlapping of light waves is not accidental: the crest of one wave and the trough of the adjacent wave come together, resulting in mutual cancellation. The phenomenon of destructive interference depends on the lens' index of refraction (t...
