Abstract

The yew ethanol extract is prepared by using the following method: adding 60-80% ethanol to a yew herb to carry out impregnation for 24-36 hours, wherein the amount of the 60-80% ethanol is 10-20 times mass of the yew herb; carrying out percolating extraction at a flow rate of 1-2 mL / min; carrying out vacuum drying on the obtained percolate at a temperature of 30-40 DEG C; and carrying out crushing and screening to obtain the yew ethanol extract concrete powder.
