The hypergraph constructing unit is used for constructing hypergraphs according to documents in a target document collection so as to describe latent semantic information containing in the documents. The document sorting unit is used for retrieving in the target document collection according to specific inquiry on the basis of the hypergraphs constructed by the hypergraph constructing unit and sorting retrieval results.
