Benefits of technology

The technical feature described in this patented design involves adding tiny convex-shaped components onto the inside surfaces of batsheets that prevent slippage during use while rinsed down their bowels after washing them up afterwards. This helps keep these items from sticking out over time without requiring frequent maintenance.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by the inventors relates to improving the performance of traditional bath tubes with raised patterns that prevent them from sliding too much during use due to their smooth outer appearance.

Abstract

The invention discloses a bathtub, wherein the bottom surface part of the bathtub is provided with an anti-slip part with tiny concave-convex shapes of which Ra (Arithmetic average roughness) is above 0.4 microns when lambda(c) (cutoff value) is equal to 0.08 mm, and the other parts, except the anti-slip part, of the bottom surface part of the bathtub are mirror surfaces. The anti-slip part comprises a plurality of convex and slightly circular dispersed patterns which are of a hemisphere shape from the bottom surface of the bathtub. The configuration interval of the patterns for the anti-slip part is 15-25 mm, and the diameter of each pattern is 35-55 mm. Through the arrangement of the anti-slip part with the tiny concave-convex shapes on the bottom surface part of the bathtub, an anti-slip effect is achieved when a bath user carries out a bathing operation and a cleaning operation in the bathtub under the condition that hot water or cold water is injected into the bathtub or soap water and bath foam and the like are adhered on the bottom surface part of the bathtub. Furthermore, the tiny concave-convex parts are formed into the tiny concave-convex shapes which are difficult to adhere dirt and easy to clean, excessive body posture are unnecessary when the bath user cleans the bathtub, so that the dirt can be removed without great effort, therefore the burden in the cleaning process can be reduced.
