The balloon type automatic infusion device is provided with a liquid storing pump, a dropping bucket, an upper guide tube, a lower guide tube, an adjusting device and a puncture needle, wherein the liquid storing pump is provided with a containing chamber, a power mechanism movably assembled in the containing chamber, and a liquid storing mechanism assembled to the front end of the containing chamber; the liquid storing mechanism is provided with a balloon cover, an elastic medicine balloon and an infusion end, wherein the infusion end is arranged on the outer side surface of the balloon cover; the elastic medicine balloon is assembled on the inner wall surface of the balloon cover in a seal way; a hollow chamber for containing liquid medicine is formed between the balloon cover and the elastic medicine balloon; and the balloon cover is fixedly assembled at the front end of the containing chamber. The elastic medicine balloon is provided with a wall and a cavity. The power mechanism is provided with a core bar, a rubber plug, a pull ring and a spring. The dropping bucket is provided with a body, an input guide tube, an exhaust device and a draining device, wherein the draining device is provided with an output tube; and a liquid inlet hole is formed on the output tube. The draining device is also provided with an assembling stand and a filtering membrane.
