The invention relates to the technical field of transurethral ureteral lithotripsy, and particularly relates to an intelligent control backwashing constant-pressure perfusion and suction system. The system is composed of a perfusion bag, a perfusion pump, an intelligent control device, a control valve, two novel attractable ureteral hard mirrors which are independent perfusion and suction channels, a negative pressure suction bottle and a central negative pressure suction device. When the system is used, the system enters a bladder cavity through the urethra and then is placed into a ureter cavity from a ureter opening along a guide wire, calculi in the ureter cavity are found, and related lithotripsy instruments are used for removing the calculi in the ureter. Water injection during an operation and negative pressure suction drainage are carried out at the same time, the drainage speed during the operation can be increased on the premise that the operation is not affected, continuouswater circulation in the operation view is formed, the good definition of the view in the operation process can be kept, the operation lithotripsy efficiency is obviously improved, the safe intra-cavity pressure set before the operation can be accurately controlled, and complications such as postoperative bacteremia, urogenic sepsis, pulmonary edema and heart failure are prevented.
