Abstract

The invention discloses a novel adhesive which comprises a bonding agent and a mineral composition, wherein the mineral composition comprises 10 to 20 weight percent of calcium carbide, 20 to 40 weight percent of monazite, 12 to 22 weight percent of stilbite, 13 to 30 weight percent of chabazite, and 15 to 25 weight percent of potassium feldspar. The content of the bonding agent is 2 times higher than that of the mineral composition. In the composition of the invention, the monazite enhances the emission of negative ions and far infrared rays from the calcium carbide obviously, so the negative ions and the far infrared rays which are released by the calcium carbide can be controlled within a preset range by mixing the calcium carbide with the monazite appropriately. Moisture contents are controlled and various organic compounds are removed by adding alumina. Potassium feldspar with antimicrobial properties is further added, so the comfortable dwelling environment can be maintained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of building materials, in particular to a novel adhesive. Background technique [0002] Wallpapers and building finishing materials used for houses generate harmful substances such as formaldehyde, phenol, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and these harmful substances seriously threaten the health of occupants. As a method of solving the above-mentioned problems, wallpapers, building finishing materials, and exterior materials containing, for example, silver particles (nanometer silver) or silver yarns have been introduced. Although nanosilver has excellent antimicrobial properties, it has the disadvantage of being difficult to remove volatile organic compounds in the air. [0003] Zeolite is widely used for water purification, treatment of radioactive waste, washing, drying, and heat insulation, and it is also attempted to be used for removing harmful substances in a room. Zeolites have adsorptive properties ...
