Problems solved by technology

[0002] Limited by the installation limitations of linear array CCD cameras and the safety requirements of railway construction, abnormal foregrounds often appear in the images of railway freight trains, which have a certain impact on human observation and other image-based intelligent recognition
The general method is to remove these abnormal foregrounds, which makes the image no longer complete and unsuitable for observation, and the simple repair method cannot guarantee the image quality and reduces the integrity of the image content.

Embodiment 1

[0069] Such as figure 1 Shown, the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0070] Step 1: Transform the color image to be repaired from RGB to HSI to obtain three component submaps of H hue, S saturation, and L illuminance;

[0071] (1) Obtain the parameters of the area to be repaired in the image: the X and Y axis coordinates of the starting position of the area to be repaired in the image, and the length and width of the area.

[0072] (2) The values of H, S, and I will be calculated through the values of the three sub-images R, G, and B of the area to be repaired, and the calculation formula is as follows:

[0073] I=1 / 3(R+G+B)

[0074] S=1-(3 / (R+G+B)) * a

[0075] H=cos^(-1)((0.5 * ((R-G)+(R-B))) / ((R-G)^2+(R-B) * (G-B))^(0.5))

[0076] Among them, a is the minimum value among R, G, and B.

[0077] Step 2: For each pixel of the area to be repaired in the H, S, and I component subimage images, perform regional feature judgment, and divide it into a fla...

Abstract

The invention provides a data fusion technology combined railway linear array color image inpainting algorithm. The algorithm includes the steps: subjecting to-be-inpainted color image to spatial alternation from RGB (red, green and blue) to HIS (hue, saturation and intensity); performing regional characteristic judgment aiming at each pixel in to-be-inpainted regions of sub-images of H, S and I components to divide the regions into flat regions and marginal regions; for pixels in the flat regions, calculating estimation pixel values of the pixels by means of the interpolation algorithm, and using the estimation pixel values to substitute original pixel values of the pixels; for pixels in the marginal regions, calculating estimation gray values of the pixels by means of the interpolation algorithm and a data fusion method, and using the estimation gray values to substitute original gray values of the pixels to obtain inpainted sub-images of the H, S and I components; and converting the inpainted component sub-images from HIS to RGB to obtain a final image. The data fusion technology combined railway linear array color image inpainting algorithm has the advantage that images can be inpainted accurately.
