Abstract

The method comprises the steps of soaking the seeds with GA3 and 2,4-D mixed solution and then fishing out; uniformly mixing the seeds and river sand, and then putting the mixture into a wood trough; and performing poikilothermic treatment indoors, wherein in the first stage, the poikilothermic amplitude is 24+/-2 DEG C at daytime and the treatment time is 12 hours, the poikilothermic amplitude is 15+/-2 DEG C at night and the treatment time is 12 hours, and the treatment of the first stage lasts for 80-95 days; and in the second stage, the poikilothermic amplitude is 20+/-2 DEG C at daytime and the treatment time is 8 hours, the poikilothermic amplitude is 5+/-2 DEG C at night and the treatment time is 16 hours, and the treatment of the second stage lasts for 70-75 days. The occurrence rate of cotyledon embryo of embryo can exceed 98.9% in average. The seeds after poikilothermic treatment can directly germinate without a freezing layer, and the germination rate exceeds 97.5%.
