Abstract

The alloy comprises by weight: 10-30% of PPO, 10-50% of PA, 3-10% of a compatilizer, 5-15% of a phosphorus-based flame retardant, 2-10% of an intumescent flame retardant, 0.2-3% of a smoke inhibitor, 10-40% of alkali-free glass fiber, 2-10% of a flexibilizer, 0.2-2% of a carbonizing agent, 0.2-0.5% of an antioxidant, and 0.2-1.0% of a lubricant. The present invention also relates to a preparation method of the alloy, comprising: weighing each component as a weight ratio, putting into a high-speed mixer to mix the material for discharging, and extruding for granulation by a twin-screw extruder.
