The flow through air duct system is characterized in that the volute tongue is in a step shape, and a step of the step shape faces the lateral lower portion of a protruding portion protruded from the flow through wind wheel. Through adoption of the step shaped volute tongue structure, large wind amount when a gap between the volute tongue and the flow through wind wheel is small and low noise when the gap between the volute tongue and the flow through wind wheel is big can be achieved at the same time. Therefore, the whole flow through air duct system can simultaneously improve wind amount and reduce noises.
