Abstract

A squirrel-cage type rotor centrifugal casting die comprises an upper die, a lower die provided with a rotor lower end annular cavity, a lower die fixing structure and at least three connecting springs which are distributed along circumference of the rotor lower end annular cavity, wherein the lower die is connected on the lower die fixing structure through the connecting springs. In the casting process, the upper die is enabled to abut against the axial upper end of a rotor iron core, and the lower die abuts against the axial lower end of the rotor iron core through elasticity of the connecting springs. The invention provides a solution to breakage of a conducting bar of a squirrel-cage type rotor centrifugal casting rotor and the centrifugal casting die and aims at solving the problems of low efficiency of a motor and produced dead corners in production due to breakage of the rotor conducting bar in the casting process.
